A2. Our factory is located in Handan City, Hebei Province, China. You can fly to Handan Airport directly. It takes approximately one hour by car from the airport to our factory. Our location in the Yongnian District places us in the heart of China's largest fastener production hub, offering superior logistical advantages.

Q3. Do you have a price list?

A3. Prices fluctuate based on raw material costs and exchange rates. Because steel wire rod prices and surface plating chemical costs change, we do not distribute a static price list. If you want to know the pricing for any of our products, please feel free to contact us with your specifications. We will send an official offer promptly.

Q4. What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?

A4. Payment terms: For orders below 1000 USD, 100% payment in advance is required. For orders of 1000 USD or more, we accept 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. Please ensure we receive the exact amount stated on the invoice. Yes, you can pay in RMB.

A6. For high-tensile steel fasteners (above 1000 MPa tensile strength), electroplating processes introduce atomic hydrogen into the steel matrix, which can cause sudden brittle failure. To prevent this, we bake our high-strength fasteners at 200°C to 220°C for 4 to 8 hours immediately after acid pickling and electro-galvanizing. This outgasses the atomic hydrogen, preserving the integrity of the material.
