A1. We are an established factory with our own production facilities based in Handan City, Hebei Province, China. We manage the entire manufacturing cycle from wire drawing and cold forging to threading and final inspection. We invite global partners to visit our factory.

Q2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A2. Our factory is located in Handan City, Hebei Province, China. You can fly to Handan Airport directly, which is about a one-hour drive from our main facility. Alternatively, you can take a high-speed train to Handan East Station, and our team will arrange airport/station pickup for you.

Q3. Do you have a price list?

A3. We do not publish a static price list because raw steel wire costs and surface treatment chemicals fluctuate with market conditions. To receive a precise, up-to-date quote, please send us your exact specifications (steel grade, plating type, dimensions, and quantity). We will issue an official quote within 24 hours.

Q4. What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?

A4. For orders below $1,000 USD, we require 100% payment in advance. For orders of $1,000 USD or more, our terms are 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. We accept multiple global currencies including USD, EUR, and RMB.

A5. Yes, we provide free stock samples to qualified buyers. The buyer is responsible for international courier shipping costs, which can be settled via DHL, FedEx, or UPS accounts, or prepaid to us.

Q6. How does Dongshuo prevent hydrogen embrittlement in high-strength fasteners?

A6. Hydrogen embrittlement is a serious risk for Class 10.9 and 12.9 high-strength fasteners after electroplating. To address this, we run all high-strength products through a hydrogen baking oven at 200°C to 220°C for 4 to 8 hours within 4 hours of electroplating. This process dispels hydrogen atoms before they can penetrate the crystal structure of the steel.

Q7. What is the performance difference between DIN 934 and ISO 4032 hex nut standards?

A7. While similar, ISO 4032 specifies a slightly larger nut height (minimum thickness) compared to DIN 934 for thread sizes M5 and above. This height increase provides higher stripping resistance and accommodates higher proof loads. Our tooling is optimized for both standards, and we verify compliance using coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
