A3: We accept T/T, L/C, and RMB payments. For orders under 1000 USD, 100% advance is required. For larger industrial orders, we typically operate on a 30% deposit / 70% balance before shipment. We provide full documentation for customs clearance.
A4: Every batch undergoes tensile strength testing and hardness testing (Rockwell/Vickers). We provide MTC (Material Test Certificates) upon request to prove compliance with international standards.
